Our core service and the best value for most homeowners. Every week we skim the surface, brush walls and steps, vacuum the floor, empty the skimmer and pump baskets, check the equipment, and test and balance your water chemistry. You get a photo and a note when we leave. Recurring service is what keeps water clear, equipment healthy, and the big problems from ever starting. Typically $160 to $240 per month based on size and equipment, chemicals included.
One-time clean
A single deep clean and full chemistry balance, ideal before a party, after a long stretch away, or when you just want a reset. No commitment. If you decide you want to stay on a schedule afterward, it is easy to roll into weekly service. From $175.
Green-pool recovery
Algae bloom, cloudy water, or a neglected pool you have inherited? Recovery brings it back to clear and swimmable, usually within a few days, through aggressive treatment, brushing, and filtration. Once it is clear, most homeowners move onto weekly service so it never returns. From $300 depending on severity. Severe or drain-and-clean cases are quoted from photos.
Equipment repair
Pumps, filters, and automation diagnosed and repaired so your system actually circulates and filters the way it should. Good water chemistry cannot fix a pool that is not moving water. A $95 service call covers the diagnosis and is applied to the repair if you move forward.
